and Regulations.
Each month we select a visitor to our web site from qualified entrants who have completely filled in our form below, to win a FREE prize (see "prizes" #6 below).
1. INTRODUCTION. www.TinasArk.com "Wellness & Health For People & Animals", is a website which provides both products and information. This contest is exclusively provided by Tina of "Tina's Ark", an Independent Distributor of Trilogy/HealthyPetNet, 4Life and other products. One winner will be selected monthly in a random drawing from all the entries received.
2. HOW TO ENTER. Fill out the form below. Incomplete or intentionally false entries will be disqualified. You may enter ONCE A MONTH ONLY; Duplicate entries within the same month's period WILL disqualify you from this month's contest. We are a Spam-Free website and wish to remain same.
3. ELIGIBILITY. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and is open globally. Employees, marketing executives, distributors of HealthyPetNet, 4Life, Trilogy and are ineligible. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and subject to country, local, state, and/or federal law. Prizes are not transferable. Substitutions are not permitted.
4. PROMOTION PERIODS. A winner will be selected by random drawing from all completed entries received by midnight of the last day of each month. New contest monthly. The prizes to be awarded are detailed in Section 6 of these rules. (One) 1 winner will be chosen per month.
5. ODDS. Odds of winning depend on total number of entries received.
6. PRIZES. Winner will be able to select ONE prize from the entry form.
7. Winner's are
requested to email a photo of themselves to
be posted on the "Winner's" Page.
All communication between
Tina's Ark
and contestants is via e-mail.
Should you change your e-mail address, you must
notify us of that change in
order to win. Once winner has been notified, he/she has
seven days in which to respond to the notification. Failure
to respond to this notification will result in forfeiture of
the prize, which will then be awarded to the runner-up who
is drawn for the same period.
8. ADDITIONAL TERMS. All entrants will be added to our free newsletter list to receive periodic announcements on specials offered and new products, as well as pet nutritional newsletters.
Privacy
We are deeply concerned about your privacy. We promise
not to sell, exchange or share your name and address with
anybody else without your express written permission.

PLEASE only click "Submit Form" once. Entering more than once will not improve your odds of winning. As a matter of fact, it will only make me have to work that much harder to sort out (and DISQUALIFY) duplicates and I won't be happy about that...at all. SO if you enter more than once, your entries will void each other out and you won't win anything...you've been warned!
